Please read each line below and tick the box to confirm you understand and agree. Market staff review this sheet with you at set-up. Only one signed sheet is needed per booth.

Booth fee & insurance

  • My booth fee has been paid in full and my booth is confirmed for this market.
  • I carry commercial general liability insurance of at least $2,000,000 per occurrence, naming "Bearspaw Community Association" as an Additional Insured, and my Certificate of Insurance is on file.
  • If I sell food or beverages, I hold a valid Alberta Food Handling permit and, where required, an AHS Temporary Food Event Permit.

Set-up night & load-in

  • I understand my booth is set up the night before the market opens, during my assigned set-up window, and that set-up is not permitted on the morning of the market.
  • I will unload at the designated load-in door, keep my stop there under 15 minutes, then move my vehicle to vendor parking.
  • I bring my own table (6 ft max), table covering, backdrop and display pieces. Up to 2 chairs are provided per booth.
  • I will not park or camp overnight on BCA grounds.

During the market

  • My booth will stay fully open and staffed for all market hours each day, and I will not pack up, cover or close early — even if I sell out.
  • I will not leave my booth empty or unattended during market hours, and will arrange coverage with a neighbour or helper for breaks.
  • I bring and run my own payment system, and I keep 100% of my sales.
  • I will be respectful and kind to customers, fellow vendors, market staff and volunteers.
  • I understand that aggression, early pack-down or abandoning a booth can mean removal from the market without refund and may affect approval for future markets.
  • I understand BCA is not responsible for lost or stolen items, and I will take cash and valuables with me each evening.

Load-out

  • I will be fully packed out within 90 minutes of the market closing on the final day, and will pull my vehicle to the load-out door only once my booth is broken down and ready to go.
  • I accept the Bearspaw Community Association Vendor Rules and Code of Conduct.
